About Jagannath University Distance Education

Jagan Nath University, Jaipur, was established on April 16, 2008, by an Act of the Rajasthan Legislature (Act No. 19 of 2008) and is authorised under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. It is registered with the NAAC (2nd cycle) with an A grade in 2022 and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The university has signed MoUs with various industry and professional organisations to promote industrial integration and resource sharing to support skill training and quality internships and placements. Effective teaching and learning processes, adequate industry exposure, integration of skill education in curriculum design, holistic education, project-based research and learning, outcome-based assessment, etc. are the main pillars of the academic system of this university.

Jagan Nath University's Center for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) was established in 2010 and is accredited by the Council on Distance Education. The school is well equipped with computers and other infrastructure, suitable faculty, and a computer training centre.
